3. Site development
The site development is to
be split in three phases
Phase 1- laying down most
of the hard scape
Includes elements like
The main gate
Pergola with seating
Elemental pergola near
the scooter stand

Phase two- leveling of the
western lawn
Creating a raised lawn on
the western end of the
site with a patch of stone
paved area.
Proposal of a roofed
structure on the raised
lawn for certain
functions and get
together.

of the stage placement of
the crossed development
of the service lane
