2012 - 2014 FLEET LOGISTICS SUPPORT WING, Fort Worth, TX
Supply Officer
• Led the logistics operation for the U.S. Navy’s largest Air Wing consisting of 15 squadrons and 8
detachments performing continuous, short notice, world-wide fleet logistics service. Comprised of 51
aircraft of 8 different models and over 3500 personnel, with an annual budget of $1.1 billion, the Wing
provides 100% of the Navy’s medium and heavy lift capability around the world.
• Initiated and executed a restructuring project, eliminating policy conflicts of interest, thus reducing the
need for oversight/monitoring that resulted in increased efficiency.
• Implemented an internal material reutilization program that reduced annual material costs by 16%.
• Issued policy changes that improved training of assigned units that resulted in 100% Outstanding
grades for all inspected units.
2009 - 2011 NATO-ALLIED JOINT FORCE COMMAND BRUNSSUM, Brunssum, Netherlands
ISAF Budget Officer
• Managed the planning and execution of a 500 million Euro annual budget that funded the NATO ISAF
mission in Afghanistan.
• Co-developed an annual planning process that improved budget planning transparency to the 28
member nations while streamlining and simplifying the process for upcoming years. Lauded by the
NATO Budget Committee as a superb planning method to be emulated by others.
• Numerous deployments into theater to provide guidance and training to the ISAF Financial Controller
and staff on how to effectively manage and execute their respective budgets.
2005 - 2007 USS EMORY S. LAND, AS-39, La Maddalena, Italy
Supply Operations/Readiness Officer, QA Officer, Contracting and Customer Service Officer
• Led 70 U.S. Navy Officers and Enlisted personnel, managing all aspects of material support to the
command and financial management of an $18M annual budget to effectively support and repair U.S.
Navy ships and submarines operating in the European, African and Middle-Eastern Theater. Efforts
resulted in uninterrupted support to the Naval forces, enabling strategic mission completion.
• Developed and implemented a Quality Assurance Root-Cause Analysis program designed to analyze
Supply Department procedures in order to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies. Utilized
program to recognize and adjust processes, reducing actual man-hours by 35%.
• Managed a comprehensive review and reduction of all Hazardous Materials, both held in inventory
and in use. Resulted in nearly 60% reduction of all Hazardous Material aboard, significantly
decreasing the acquisition, warehousing and disposal costs to the command.
2004 DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY CONTINGENCY SUPPORT TEAM, Bagram, Afghanistan
Operations Officer
• Led a contingency team providing resolutions to supply issues regarding all DLA materials, fuel and
food in Afghanistan and surrounding countries. Provided real-time asset tracking and redirection to
expedite material delivery.

implemented changes that resulted in an average decrease in delivery times of 20%.
