courses in three important steps:
1. Scuba Courses Theory
Before jumping in the water and staring learning to dive it is highly recommended to know and
understand the basic theory behind scuba diving. Scuba theory lessons are generally based on
self-studying, allowing the scuba students to learn and comprehend the information at he’s,
hers own phase. A scuba diving student can self study by reading a scuba diving manual or
watching a DVD.
Once self-studying is done, you and your scuba diving instructor will review the learned scuba
lessons, and after passing a simple quiz you’ll be ready for the next step.

to compete the entire theory session independently prior to starting you course and save money
and time on your holiday.

Once you know what you’re expected to do underwater its time to put that knowledge into
practice. On the confined water training scuba lessons you practice the basic skills necessary
for scuba diving in shallow water, clear visibility and easy dive conditions, under a direct
supervision of a dive instructor. Confined water-training scuba lessons can be conducted in a
swimming pool or in shallow water that can offer similar conditions.
confined water scuba lessons are divided to two major parts:
A.Shallow confined water-Scuba lessons are taught in water shallow enough to stand in. The
first Open water skills such as dealing with your regulator, clearing mask, and basic out of air
emergencies are initially introduced in shallow water lessons.
B. Deep confined water – water to deep to stand in though shallow enough so you’d be able
to swim up to the surface, around 3-4 m/10ft deep. once comfortable being in the water and with
the basic skills of scuba diving, you’ll be introduced to the more interesting skills in deeper
water. such skills include buoyancy skills, emergency procedures, moving and swimming
underwater.

3. Scuba Courses Open water training scuba lessons
Finally you’re at the open water, now its time to put all skills and knowledge learned and
mastered on your scuba lessons into practice.
Open water scuba courses dives generally start shallow, practicing a few skills, then gradually
go deeper as your comfort level increases.
Upon completing all scuba lessons and at some levels passing a final exam you will get
certified. Most dive organizations recognize each other’s training and certification.
