UTL has not been able to ascertain the actual cause for the service
disruption, with the management and employees blaming each others.
UTL don’t able to provide many offers, unique services, high speed
internet and strong network signal.

From above observation, we are at critical condition so we should
need to implement new strategies on the business.
Increasing disputes between employees and administration of the
company caused major obstruction in services.
It was not able to diversify its services in a highly competitive market
of today.
6. Decide
The causes of UTL's current ordeals are said to be its inability to
judge and adapt to the current market and customer demand.
So we have decided to lunch new and unique offers, 4G
Technology, Low Tax, Cheap price.
Advertising on newspapers, social media, television and radios.
High focus on customer care and their demands.
7. Act
It is the implementation phase, so we implement all the decision.
We have started to provide different offers to our customers.
We adopted 4G Technology.
We only focused on customer satisfaction.
8. Conclusion
After the successful observation, orienting,
decision and act we solved the problem of dead
market behind the UTL(United Telecom Limited).
At last we conclude that OODA Loop is a high-
speed decision making and feedback process in
four stages.
