Payroll Management
• Ensure accurate, efficient & timely processing of pay cycle for the store Employees.

Training

• Preparation of different monthly reports like Head count report,.
• Preparation of Attrition report on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis & analysis of the same.
• Responsible for preparation of HR report for the Store.
