2. Preparation of Unit Test cases
To handle all the issues and take care of the technical and
functional challenges during course of implementation of Project.
Client Details: FrieslandCampina supplies consumer products such as dairy-based beverages,
infant nutrition, cheese and desserts in many European countries, in Asia and in Africa. Products are
also supplied to professional customers, including cream and butter products to bakeries and catering
companies. Friesland Campina also supplies ingredients and half-finished products to manufacturers of
infant nutrition, the food industry and the pharmaceutical sector around the world.
Project experience:
Contribution in Friesland Campina : -
 Change of program due to System Upgrade from Ehp5 to Ehp6: There was a system upgrade
in FC due to which couple of program which was using BDC recording had to change. Programs
like data upload program for Batch search strategy, Functional location, Master recipe
relationship, Batch determination etc.
 IDOC Analysis Report: There are several LSMW where IDOC method have been used
for uploading the data. Now the standard error report generated by LSMW is not
sufficient to the user at a glance. So to the user, it was tedious job to open each &
every IDOC to get the actual error. He has done a program which only considers the
IDOC in error status & generate a detail error analysis where user can see it at a
glance. This report become a very useful program after developing it. It saved a lot
of time for error analysis.
 PTP_CDD003: Purchasing contract
 Requirement: There was a change requirement for Germany where in place of standard
condition type of purchasing contract program should upload custom condition type
also.
 Solution: In the development previously there was a standard Bapi by which purchasing
contract having standard condition type can be uploaded. But it was not possible to
upload purchasing contract of custom condition type. He have replaced that Bapi with a
BDC, because there was no other option.
 MTD_CDD006: Material Master Classification
 Requirement: Due to upgrade our old material master classification program was not
working.
 Solution: Due to upgradation standard batch input method was not working. He has
changed it to IDOC method. IDOC type CLFMAS02, message type CLFMAS.
 MTD_CDD001: Material Master QM view
 Requirement: There was a fresh requirement to upload data in material master of QM
view.
 Solution: This development is done by LSMW with IDOC method. The IDOC type used
here is MATQM01 & message type used here is MATQM.
 MTD_EDD020: Material Master IDOC Extension
 Requirement: Material Master data that is needed for the processes in the OBB will be
created and maintained in the OBB. This Material Master data will be interfaced from
the OBB to the MOMS systems. Some fields that are needed in the OBB and also have
to be interfaced to MOMS are not present in the standard Idoc MATMAS05. Therefore an
extension on the standard idoc is needed.
 Solution: MATMAS05 was extended with custom fields with function exit
EXIT_SAPLMV01_002, EXIT_SAPLMV02_002.
 MTD_CDD001: Material Master QM view
 Requirement: There was a fresh requirement to upload data in material master of QM
view.
 Solution: This development is done by LSMW with IDOC method. The IDOC type used
here is MATQM01 & message type used here is MATQM.
 MTD_CDD311: Service Master

3.  Requirement: There was a fresh requirement to upload data in service master.
 Solution: This development is done by creating a program. Here a bapi
BAPI_SERVICE_CREATE has been used. The error & success messages are displayed in
ALV output.
 FTM_FDD067: Direct Debit Germany
 Requirement: In Germany release there was a requirement to create one form for direct
debit incoming payment advice, which provides the detail list of invoices picked up for
the direct debit incoming payment. Therefore, customers are informed on the amount
debited from the bank account and the corresponding invoices paid. The direct debit
incoming payment advice will be in 2 languages, EN English and DE German. The
selection of language is depending on the language setting in the customer master
data. The dunning letters will be sent to customers by e-mail from SAP if the e-mail
address is maintained in the customer master data. If otherwise, the dunning letter will
be printed directly on the printer.
 Solution: There was a existing FM maintained against DMEE Tree, from which that
dunning letter was generated. But now it has been designed in such a way to make it
dynamic. As there was a existing FM for this, change can be done there, but as that is
already live in production, a fresh FM have been created where form name can be
determined dynamically. The form technique used here is smartforms. All the logic, are
there in the FM to make the form easily maintainable. The change done form the
Germany are done in a separate FM so that there will be no impact on already live
company codes.

 Developed a BDC program for various transactions.

 Modified Layout set modified to include logo, various terms and conditions based on

data and enabling to give online exam. This project is an online website in which CAT
aspirant will be evaluated. This web application provides facility to conduct online exam
worldwide. It allows number of students to give the exam at a time. Administrator has a
privilege to create, modify, and delete the test papers and its particular questions. User can
register, login and give the test with his specific id, and can see the result as well.
