6. Key findings
• Social innovators top needed resources : access to networks & connecting
to peers
• Strong need for a network and mechanism to enable partnerships and
peer-to-peer support
• Need for more EU-level scaling support, to broaden the lens of opportunity
for scaling beyond local markets
• > 90% of the social innovators view partnering with others as a means
of scaling their social enterprises
• Strong collaboration needed between local incubators to scale SI to other
regions
• Large opportunity to support dissemination of knowledge, particularly
from the public sector and informal innovations.
