Automotive        Bosch India is a regional branch of the Bosch Group, one of the world’s largest privately
                  held industrial corporations, with 271,300 employees worldwide and an annual sales
                  revenue of $68 billion.
Geography
                  Since 1953, Bosch India has been a leading manufacturer of automotive, industrial, and
                  consumer goods and building technology, and engineering and IT services. With over 11
India             manufacturing sites and 4 development centers, Bosch plans to utilize the
                  opportunities in the rapidly growing Indian market for passenger cars, and to increase
                  its diesel operations for the manufacture of common-rail diesel injector systems.
                  Bosch India operates through four companies: Bosch Limited, Bosch Chassis Systems,
                  Bosch Rexroth India, and Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions.




                  Business Needs
                  Bosch Chassis wanted its internal IT team to focus on solving business issues. They were
                  looking for an expert partner who could provide a world-class enterprise resource
                  planning solution that could scale with them as they grew, provide functionality to run
                  an efficient business, and employ strategic IT services for daily and long-term
                  operational activities. Bosch India chose YASH as a partner to provide SAP production

YASH Engagement: Highlights
                                                                 The production support activities were based on a Time and Material Resources
                                                                 Model. Working together, Bosch’s IT team provided invaluable front-end support,
                                                                 while the offshore team increased business process knowledge during the 10 days of
                                                                 knowledge transfer. This cohesion made significant contributions to the company as
                                                                 it decreased band-aid fixes and strengthened the overall integrity and functionality
                                                                 of the system.

Extra Milestones                                                 The production support activities that YASH provided were:
