Initial Situation – Business Requirements
Increasing training needs (Juniors; New Themes; Consultant knowledge and Skill level has
to be improved significantly)
Limited time for classroom trainings
Expensive classroom trainings
Content of Classroom trainings does not match with the invidual requirements
Classics trainings are not efficient
SAP Knowledge-Warehouse is not longer available and updated
For Ciber Academy it would be difficult and expensive to provide similar level of content

• Improve training budgets, controlling and monitoring

certifications for our various SAP Partnerships

 Country related content will be provided by SAP within the private Ciber Cloud
 Ciber own training material can be uploaded and used for everybody in Ciber
 Guided threads and competence groups can be used
 Consultants have professional environment for self study

• User licenses can be changed once a year
 User quantity can be managed on a stable basis
 Inactive user can be identified and provided for interested user the
year after
• For system sessions - Time budgets can be booked an used
per user
• Training instances will be refreshed every 2 month
• Each user has an own training instance
• The exercises within the training systems are aligned with
the e-Learnings and Training Documents

 Trainees and Associate Consultants as education platform in parallel to mentoring
and training on the job
 Consultants to prepare for new SAP products and solutions
 Consultants to take over new challenges within the projects
 Power-user acting as experts, lead consultants, mentors/coaches or solution
architects
• 4 types of Learning Hub user
 Periodically changing Trainees and Associate Consultants
 Pool of users for innovative or new products and solutions; assigned upon
request
 A mainly constant group of Consultants for control and monitoring of training
plans
 Consultants with an individual development and training plan based on the
personnel development initiatives
