For the last Elabor8 Lunch and Learn of 2015, we're going to hear a number of Lightning talks on different formats people have used for their Retrospectives. The speakers will share what the format is, how to run it, and a story about how they used it with their team. We will hear 4 different formats. Afterwards, we'll use one of those formats to hold a Retrospective on the Elabor8 Lunch and Learn and suggest how we can make it even better for 2016!

• Lends itself well to dividing a large team into small groups
• Challenging retro to keep the team engaged
Cons
• A bit complicated to explain
• Takes a long time to get through
• Some prep work – coloured post-its and quadrants, especially for
small groups
