Worked with GoSystem, a tax software utilized by Crowe, to prep tax returns and finding
solutions to diagnostic errors in order to qualify these returns
Navigated through AWP, a document database used by Crowe, in order to find work papers
needed,such as prior year returns or apportionment documents, to review state and city returns
Created SmartCharts, using both RIA and CCH, that would later be looked at as a reference for
things such as state tax rates and state return due dates
Employed Excel knowledge and research skills to come up with certified mailing lists for each
state and generate expansive information tables
