 Worked with GoSystem, a tax software utilized by Crowe, to prep tax returns and finding
solutions to diagnostic errors in order to qualify these returns
 Navigated through AWP, a document database used by Crowe, in order to find work papers
needed,such as prior year returns or apportionment documents, to review state and city returns
 Created SmartCharts, using both RIA and CCH, that would later be looked at as a reference for
things such as state tax rates and state return due dates
 Employed Excel knowledge and research skills to come up with certified mailing lists for each
state and generate expansive information tables
