Fit-out Contracting Joinery and Upholstery
Depa executes extensive fit-out projects with the highest standard of
workmanship. As an interior contracting company Depa specializes in
turnkey interior fit-out of high-end mixed use developments.
For Turnkey Design and Build projects Depa teams up with renown
international Interior Designers.
Depa’s joinery and upholstery works are supported by many
prominent factories worldwide, as well as its own operations in the
UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Depa manufactures and provides all types of upholstery; case goods
such as consoles, tables, TV armoires; curtains; wall & floor coverings
such as vinyl, carpets and parquet; artworks and decorative lighting.
Refurbishment FF&E and OS&E Procurement
A number of Depa’s projects involve refurbishment of existing hotels.
Depa undertakes the works, including design concepts, demolition,
manufacturing and installation to the complete satisfaction of its
clients.
Depa also has its own FF&E and OS&E procurement business unit,
The Parker Company, consulting and supporting the global hospitality
industry.
TPC offers the full procurement cycle from the re-specification of the
budget and operational review to the final payment processing.
Engineering Fit-out of Aircrafts and Marine Vessels
Depa’s Engineering Department provides comprehensive design
coordination, detailing and has the expertise and the knowledge with
the latest materials, technologies and processes, both locally and
internationally.
Fitting-out private jets and luxury yachts is a highly specialized area of
work of Depa’s German subsidiary Vedder.
Technicians are trained to cater for extremely accurate joinery and the
sophisticated lightweight cladding that it requires.
