This IT programme turns problem-solvers into skilled PC builders, data defenders
and cloud controllers. Designed to give school and college leavers a strong technical
grounding combined with mentoring and assessment in the workplace, this is the best
start to an IT career.
We teach and assess these skills to industry standards ensuring they are applied on the job:
• Operating systems	 • Server administration	 • Customer Support
• Networking		 • Security
After 12 – 14 months each apprentice will be a skilled technician with the option to
achieve Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) status.

Working towards Microsoft Certified Professional status. Units could include:
• MTA in Microsoft OS Fundamentals
• MTA in Windows Server Administration Fundamentals
• MTA in Windows Networking Fundamentals
• MTA in Windows Security Fundamentals
• City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in IT Systems & Principles
• City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in IT Professional Competence
Entry requirements
Ideally 5 GCSEs (C and
above), or equivalent,
including Maths and English

Apprentice - Microsoft - IT Systems & Networking

  • 1. Master the world’s most popular technologies with QA’s unique apprenticeship in Microsoft – IT Systems & Networking.
