• A.1. RETAILERS NATURE OF BUSINESS AND
ACTIVITY
• The retailer “Pharmasia Limited” will offer services in
medicine, dental care and health management
areas in general.
• The purpose of this statutory submission is to be
approved by the Owner and relevant licensing to
get the legal permits for the pharmacy named
“MALO PHARMACY.
• A.2. INTRODUCTION TO THE ARCHITECTURE
PROJECT
• This Architecture project refers to the Statutory
submission and licensing for the private pharmacy
named “MALO PHARMACY” whose aim is to
become a private health and drugs Shop with
national and international quality reference both for
high quality drugs, health care information it offers
and for the quality of its internal areas.
• A.2.1 THE PROJECT
• The project was design in compliance with the
general and specific legislation in course. All the
rugulations related to the security against the risk of
fire will be guaranteed in the Life Safety, Dry Fire and
Wet Fire Designs.
• The “Malo Pharmacy” is located on level 3 of the
Podium – “Grand Canal Shoppes”.
• This area and location is shown in the follow
schematic layout.
