position with your
arms as shown. This
position is called bras
bas.

4. Step 2: Step the right
foot across stretching
the right hand in
front and place the
left hand on your
neck. The left leg
should be positioned
as shown with the
foot pointed. This
position is called an
attitude.

5. Step 3: Bring the left
foot down and stretch
your right foot with
toes pointing as
shown. This position
of the right leg is
called a tondue. You
can position your
arms creatively or use
the position shown.

6. Step 4: Let the right
foot step back and
stretch your left foot
with toes pointed as
shown (tondue). Hold
your arms out
diagonally.

7. Step 5: Stretch to the
right with your arms
and lift your left leg
up as shown. This
position of the leg is
called a passé.

entire body towards
the left to change the
direction you are
