• Pin-point or window delivery times will apply to all pharmaceutical deliveries and are flexible to fit your reps needs
• Rescheduling appointments is easy and project managers are updated immediately of any changes in schedules
Professional Booking Staff
• STC customer services reps will contact consignees to schedule appointments date and time
• Appointments are recorded and updated in Pharmatrak
• We offer a courtesy call ahead 30 minutes prior to delivery
“Restricted Signature”
• STC requires that the consignee is the only one that can accept and sign for their shipment
Temperature Controlled Services
• Products can be moved at specific temperatures nationwide to protect against heat or external
cold temperatures
Breakdown of skid and carton count verification with representative at deliver location
• Shipments must remain intact and can only be broken down when at the destination site with
the consignee present
• Consignee must be present to verify piece count
