Michael Jackson (1958-2009) was an American singer, dancer, and songwriter born in Indiana. He began his career at age 5 as part of the Jackson 5. His 1982 album Thriller earned a record-breaking 8 Grammys. Known for his dancing, slight physique, and single rhinestone glove, Jackson influenced pop culture globally. He had two children with ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley and three children total before his death in 2009.
