Transitioning from Business Analyst to Business Consultant

1. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I have the pleasure of writing few lines about Rita Smith who recently took an online
class with me at Cardinal Stritch University, WI. It was one of the required courses for
the business degree called, Financial Planning and Control System. It was not only an
advance level course but, to be successful, it asked a lot out of each student over a
relatively short eight week period. Besides covering learning from 18 chapters from the
textbook, students had to complete lengthy homework assignments, post comments on
several finance and industry related discussion topics each week, a large financial
analysis project, not to mention, one mid-term exam and comprehensive finals.
Rita not only successfully completed all course requirements she showed outstanding
organizational skills as well. As part of the project team, she and her group interacted
well to share files, information, data analytics and a power point deck for presentation.
I wish Rita Smith all the success in her education as well as professional career. From
what I have seen as her professor, she will be an asset to any organization.
