Alex is a native of the Philippines. He has
been a Kingdom of Bahrain Residence for
21 years. He is a Civil Engineer and an IT
Professional and works as an IT Business
Analyst at the Bahrain Petroleum
Company. He is married, has two
daughters and a son. He was the founding
President of the Filipino Club
Toastmasters…where he remains as the
only active charter district leader to this
date. Besides various district officer
positions held, he has served as District
Treasurer, Area Governor, Division
