  1. In the past companies spent millions of dollars standing behind two-way glass to hear people tear apart their products and services to try and improve them. And the only way you and I could comment or express our opinion within the media was to write letters to the editor or maybe call in to a radio show. Thanks to the Internet, everyone’s ability to join the conversation has exploded.

  9. In a recent study released last week there were these two nuggets of information that made me go wow: 25% of ALL page views came from the top Social Networking sites
