communication and marketing communication mix, Strategic marketing & analysis, Marketing research
process & implementation, Entrepreneurship, Business planning and Strategic management, Tourism
Management, Tourism Development, Travel and Practice Operation, Communication, and Computer
Studies. I am able to think creatively and find new and interesting solutions for existing problems. I am

and supervising and managing and have learned that every situation is unique and therefore requires a

Data Capture – Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality Feb 2016 to current
 Responsible for capturing community complaint on excel.
 Responsible for supervising a team of 13, including preparing and facilitating a weekly and monthly
report to the manager.
Customer care officer – Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality Oct 2015-Jan 31
 Responsible to attend to telephone and emails.
 Working as a manager PA.
 Responsible to lodge complaints of the customer on the online system used by the organization
 Assisting the project manager with leading the projects activities.
 Responsible for recruitment and selection of new candidates, helps in receiving application and
creating master list, attending shortlisting and interviews and organizing and maintaining office
system.
Cashier and Administrative assistance- Mike’s Computer Jan 2015 to Sep 2015
 Responsible for accepting all the payments from the customers who purchases our service and
products.
