 Identify and reduce the causes of quality issues by collecting and analyzing data to
effect yield improvement using supervisory controlled automated data acquisition tools
 Communicate known issues and events to following crew efficiently
 Experienced in regeneration or replacement of chemical baths
 Retrieve chemical samples for lab testing (LIMS) and monitor SPC, gauges, and sensor
readings and respond accordingly (Ph, conductivity, concentrations, bacteria, pressure
temperature, etc.)
 Inform manufacturing supervisors of any scheduled or needed PM activities
 Perform PM’s (or as needed) on chemical baths, roller systems and ovens
 Respond to facility chemical, water system and compressor automated alarms and
involve management and facilities groups by e-mail, phone calls or direct contact
 Excellent troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis in crisis situations
 Work independently and as team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational
and decision-making skills
 Experienced in class 10,000 and class 100 clean rooms
 Training experience and positive mentor/coach/leader
 Identify optimization opportunities for equipment and procedures
 Assist in start-up, qualification and debug of process, equipment and product
 Ensure safety regulations are followed at all times
 Assist support areas on special projects as a subject matter expert
 Present oral and written communication in a concise logical manner
 Experienced in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, AS400 and various software applications
 Experience with MSDS, OSHA, FDA, CLIA, EPA regulations, Lean manufacturing, 5S
methodology, SPC, six sigma, and DOE
 Previous respirator and forklift certifications
 Support engineering capacity improvements
o Research, testing, implementation of process changes, monitor process change
effectiveness/stability and report on deviation
 Write and assemble technical documents
o Job Breakdowns, work instructions (SOP), troubleshooting guides and reports
