This document outlines renovations and additions to an existing 30,000 square foot building at Boston College, including gutting the existing structure, constructing a new 20,000 square foot atrium, and adding a new addition. Architectural Resources in Cambridge oversaw removing the existing facade, forming foundations for the new addition and atrium, erecting structural steel for the atrium, framing the external walls and interior spaces, and finishing the new conference rooms, offices, and atrium with custom wood paneling.
