• Be clear about the purpose
• Have a clear Filipino identity
• Include food!
• Make it easy to access by car and transit, and
with plenty of parking
• Offer quality products not available elsewhere

What can we conclude from the research?
• Good-sized population with potential interest
in patronizing a Filipino Business Plaza
• Young enough they could be customers for at
least two decades
• Earn enough to become regular customers
• Southeast Seattle and near South King County
had high interest and larger numbers
• High interest in food and services with a
Filipino identity
