Accomplishments in HP
During the time I have worked in HP, I have received several feedbacks, from internal
peers (TS team leads, managers and field engineers as well as managers), peers from
different organizations (such as field DM's) and directly from the customers, due to my
focus in customer satisfaction and the vision that customers always come first. I have
provided support to my dispatcher peers, my Team Leads and my supervisor, helping
to find ways to improve the work and personal metrics (this applying to dispatchers). I
enjoy helping peers and customers as well, I enjoy starting a project and working thru it
to see it materialized and improve it once it's done, due to my aid with peers,
supervisor and customer I have received the following awards:
