3. Being a full-time mother is one of the highest salaried jobs... since the payment is pure love.

4. The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new.

5. When you are a mother, you are never really alone in your thoughts. A mother always has to think twice, once for herself and once for her child.

6. A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.

7. So you ask...Do I work? Uh yes, I work 24 hours a day. Why? Because I am a Mom ...I am an alarm clock, a cook, a maid, a teacher, a nanny, a nurse, a handyman, a security officer, a photographer, a counselor, an ATM, a jungle gym & a comforter. I don't get holidays, sick pay or days off. I work through the DAY & NIGHT. I am on call at ALL hours. I AM A MOM!!!
