On October 19, 2013 Reeves College ladies Alia, Daphnee and Julie participated at the Breast Cancer Awareness event at Inglewood Safeway on St Albert Trail in Edmonton, AB. They handed out Breast Cancer Awareness booklets and pink ribbons, as well as, they had customers fill out ‘pink ladies’ which are the sticky notes stuck to the front of the table. Each ‘pink lady’ had a name of the customer written in honor of a person they know who has battle with breast cancer. Donations were taken at the tills. Here is what Medical Office Assistant program student Candice A. says about her experience at Reeves College: “I like the instructors because they understand what they are teaching and answer question I have. Before exams they review what we discussed during class. We learn new things, and more about the things we already know. We get a chance to experience the job while in class. Overall Experience: I have had a pretty good experience at this school. Being able to talk to someone when you need help, and not being sent to voicemail or being told to send an email was really helpful.” Subscribe to Reeves College: http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=ReevesCollege Reeves College, Edmonton City Centre Campus 500 - 10004 Jasper Avenue Edmonton, Alberta T5J 1R3
