Plan work, delegate assignments, set up work schedules, to achieve optimal use of resources. Inspected project
execution & ensured conformance to project quality standards and specifications.
Monitor and supervise day to day site activities and progress. Review construction progress and address snags in
coordination with respective site in-charges.
Prepare the Cash Flow of the project, Prepare cost to complete as per actuals and suggest potential areas of cost
saving.
Provide guidelines & assistance for preparation of different types of statistical data for comparison of projection
/planned vs. actual in terms of cost and schedule.
Forecast, plan, & allocate resources as well as identify & implement cost control steps. Conduct monthly progress
meetings at site, attend meetings with client/ consultants, & review work progress.
Monitor & control project progress against baseline schedules & develop recovery schedules to counter delays if any
till project close out.
Contribute to continual improvements in project management practices by adopting international best practices and
accounting for changes in international standards and the business environment.
