 Prepare the Cash Flow of the project, Prepare cost to complete as per actuals and suggest potential areas of cost
saving.
 Provide guidelines & assistance for preparation of different types of statistical data for comparison of projection
/planned vs. actual in terms of cost and schedule.
 Forecast, plan, & allocate resources as well as identify & implement cost control steps. Conduct monthly progress
meetings at site, attend meetings with client/ consultants, & review work progress.
 Monitor & control project progress against baseline schedules & develop recovery schedules to counter delays if any
till project close out.
