- Culture happens whenever humans gather – it is happening here – and that’s what we are paying attention to today.Culture Matters – culture clarifies expectations, behaviors and attitudes Culture can be built – by deliberately paying attention to culture we can conserve what is best and most beautiful about us and evolve in that strength. When we get in touch with what is deepest best most beautiful in us then we don’t have to get anywhere else
- Spend time on container skills. Or ask them to turn to each other and discuss the container skills. We do this so that we can have really authentic conversations about the current tensions and use these tensions to evolve the culture.
