o Responsible of all technical services provided to customers.
o Leading the technical team.
o Coordinate with team, to ensure qualitative interventions on site for B2B repairs, in addition to the
smooth organization of pick-ups for both B2C and B2B repaired machines.
o Ensure clients’ satisfaction by providing the excellent service.
o Coordinate with the After-Sales Department.

After-Sales Procedures.
o Preparation of spare parts order in addition of controlling the spare parts consumption.
o Control and maintain loan machines stock, productivity and maturation.
o Repair and maintain Nespresso’ classic and professional machines in the workshop.
o Preparation of monthly dashboard for detailed operation analysis and build action plan.
o Other related tasks as requested by the Head of Division.
