Please refer to my yesterdays phone call and the e- mail received from GASCO expressing concern for isometric drawings.
We have been raising our concern time and again about the inordinate delay in receiving documents on time in spite of
repeated assurances from PENSPEN.
This was also highlighted in our meeting with PENSPEN on Thursday and you had promised to take immediate action and
some dates were promised for submission of documents.
As we have less time left for shutdown and our construction is held up for want of isometric drawings.
An immediate reply from your end would be highly appreciated to speed up our work at site

Referring to the above mentioned subject please be advised that a meeting was held on Thursday 08-Mar.-2012 and during
the meeting it was agreed by GASCO/TOLEDO/Penspen and confirmed by PENSPEN to start releasing the ABBR project
isometric drawings on the same day with copy of the release email to GASCO. This was decided to stop the continual
slippage of site piping construction activities. So far nothing had been received by GASCO, Company assumes that the
drawings had been already released by Penspen but Company was not copied. As such, You are kindly requested to advise
the status of the piping isometric drawings before 10:00 am of today.
