Roles and Responsibilities:
Warehouse Order Picker
Effective and efficient storage and handling of finished goods and packaging materials in
accordance with company’s quality and safety standards
Manage and ensure receipt of right goods that is delivered with right storage and
transportation mode in the right packaging, right condition, right quantity and quality, at
the right time and place (goods not within specification must not be accepted without
approval from Quality department)
Immediately communicate any inventory, storage location and specification discrepancies
to logistics and warehouse executive
Generate labels for finished goods and packaging materials
Maintain and ensure proper and accurate labels on finished goods and packaging materials
2. Use logistics and warehouse mechanical handling equipment sufficiently and in accordance
with company’s quality and safety standards
Housekeeping and maintenance of all warehouse and storage areas, equipment and
documentation in accordance with Warehouse Management System (WMS) at all times
Additional duties as assigned by Logistics and Warehouse Executive from time to time
MHE Operator
Ensure the MHE or the Forklift in proper condition by means of updating the safety
checklist.
Stocking the materials in respective area of storage as assigned by the QC, Team Leader or
Supervisor.
Transport materials or packages to their respective warehouse.
Other Responsibilities:
Performed receiving, put-away, picking, sorting, packaging, and loading the materials for
delivery.
Conduct daily inventory to ensure the accurate quantity in storage physically and
systematically.
Ensuring all the materials are updated in records and documented.
Performed inspection of the materials needed to be fixed and re-palletized and check the
expiry date of every material.
Discrepancy must be brought to the attention by making a report.
