covers, insulating material and fluid passage tubes.

turn will be used in residential settings to heat water or the home.

aligns with the line of longitude and is suitably titled towards
south to have maximum collection.

In CTRC the receiver is located at top of the
tower.Thousands of such heliostats track the
sun to direct the beam radiation on the
receiver from all sides.Concentration ratio of
as high a value as 3000 can be obtained.The
absorbed energy can be extracted from the
receiver and delivered at a temp and
pressure suitable for driving turbines for
power generation.
