7. The target audience
Common people in the target states – We propose to create a
demand among all sections of the society for a credible TV
channel and to fulfill the existing gap for the same. Since
enlightenment and awareness levels in these states are reasonably
high and are continuously rising, we shall also fill the gap
between national and regional channels by providing an ideal mix
of both.
Political parties and individuals – cutting across party lines since
our effort shall be on striking a balanced approach between
conflicting and diverse ideological and political views.
Decision-makers – local leaders, panchayats, spiritual and
religious leaders, since they play a pivotal role in shaping public
