orientation to satisfaction of the major public requirements, strategic goals to
develop business and priority state interests;
significant representation of the interests of business and key consumers in the
technological platform control bodies;
focusing on research and development to solve the middle - and long-term goals;
orientation to conduction of the researches and formation of necessary
educational programs;
alternativeness of considered technological decisions and orientation to study the
various technological alternatives;
focusing on expansion of cooperation and search for the best partners;
active attraction of non-public funds from various sources;
transparent rules of participation in a technological platform, free access for new
participants and non-discrimination concerning certain groups of the companies
and organizations;
