over-year. Additionally, approximately one-fifth of real estate related
searches happen on mobile devices, and Google real estate related
searches on mobile devices grew 120% percent year-over-year from
2011 to 2012.

Canada continues to be a leader in engagement Canadians spend more than 41 hours per month online on their PC, representing the 2nd highest across the globe, and they rank 1st in terms of monthly pages and visits per visitor.
Online video grows in importance to digital ecosystemThe online video market continues to grow in Canada as long-form viewing and premium programming migrate online. Canadians rank 2nd worldwide in terms of monthly hours (25) and videos (291) per viewer. The Entertainment category saw the largest growth in number of videos viewed versus year ago.
There are 22,076,000 mobile subscribers in Canada … up 10% from last year (Dec 11 vs Dec 12). There are about 33 million people living in Canada … so we could say about 66% of Canada has cell phones … but that’s not entirely accurate. There about about 4 million Canadians under the age of 9 … so a more accurate number would be about 76% of Canadians have cell phones.
