So how does this
relate to business?
All organizations are ecosystems; a complex set of relationships all interacting with
each other. Internal and external factors impact the ecosystem. Organizations vary
greatly in size and the elements that make them up. Some are sustainable, some
are changing.
The desert is an ecosystem. The environment determines what will grow and
flourish. A cactus does fine in a desert because it survives well in hot, dry weather
and needs little water.
