1. Question 4: The importance of technology during our film.

2. The internet was a vital aspect of all our research and some of our planning. We explored different video sites such as Youtube and Vimeo to watch films that may influence our film making and ideas. We flicked through plenty of of film magazines, mostly 'Empire' ones as this linked with our audience being younger. We studied plenty of posters to gain ideas for our own and looked for statistics relevant to our market research, this concluded our genre being comedy.

3. We used a high definition camera to capture the best quality images for our film that was possible. We used a tripod in most scenes to enable a steady hand rather than risking the free hand. We immediately uploaded everything on to our Mac and used Final Cut Pro to edit most of our film. Garage band was also used for the audio tracks, with some sound effects found online, so our film would be more professional.

4. We applied several techniques such as transition slides to help explain the narrative of our film to make sure our audience understood what's going on. We also used fading effects to make our film seem more professional and easy to watch.

5. As I've mentioned above, we used Garageband to create all the audio for our film, downloading sound effects from the internet and uploading them on to Garageband to use in our film. We changed our sound effects and audio track to suit the actions that are happening within the film.

6. When creating our poster, we used Photoshop to make sure that our poster looks professional, things like the cropping and editing using filters could not be properly achieved on any other programme. Photoshop also allowed us to place several images together in our review and poster which link to each other, such as the pocket watch.

7. We didn't use a DSLR as we didn't have access to one, instead, we used a still image from our film. This allows our audience to directly link the film and the poster, and also gives them a small insight to the film, making them want to watch it.

8. I presented all my work on my blog using a range of programmes. I used 'Prezi' and 'Slideshare' to show information, as pages and pages of text may get boring and seem very uninteresting. I embedded the videos using 'Youtube' and 'Vimeo' to allow my audience to relate to what I'm talking about in my blog.

9. We used the college emailing system to contact each other about filming times, ideas etc. We also shared work through the system using attachments. We didn't need any permission for copyright material as we didn't use anybody Else's things in our blog or film.

10. Web 2.0 has enabled us to present our work online using a range of multi-media devices.

11. We didn't really come across any technical problems but accepted help from our teacher when editing as we've never done it before. We had to loop our music which was a bit of a nightmare but we managed in the end.

12. I feel that my technical abilities in Media have improved dramatically. Before this subject I didn't even know Final Cut Pro existed. I've learned how to edit, cut and add audio and transitions to films.
