and back office to mitigate the risk by reducing manual steps. The project aims in
getting better customer outcomes by using robust controls through automation.
Responsibilities:
 Handling various automation projects in parallel and being one point contact for all
the project related queries.
 Actively involving with the OPI and SME in identifying the key areas for automation.
Help them in preparing the Business Requirement Document (BRD) by listing
down the scenarios.

Customer comes in with many queries in his mind. This application has been designed to
make the job simpler. This application has all details of the customer with just one click.
Customer is provided with all Pre approved offers in it which could make his life and the
employees life simpler as this tool gives a Over the counter solution. Aim of this program is
to create single source of customer data (Golden Copy) which can be utilized by various
downstream systems.
FCRM (Finacle Customer Relationship Management)
Mobile Number Updation in Credit Card:
Currently customer has access only to phone banking department for updation of Mobile number in
credit card. The main Aim of this application is to give access to branch banking team. The request
can be raised by simply walking into the branch and getting the work done instantly.
Raising Debit Card Request:
The main objective of this is to bring in speed and Quick customer service. The mandatory details
should be automatically pre filled while raising the request which is not available in the current
application. Only few options are to be selected by the employee and the request can be
processed.
LAM (Logical Access Management)
Any New Employee who steps into the organization need to create logins for all the applications
separately. So we have an objective to cut short the process of selecting all applications separately
into one application while raising a request. This saves Time and Bandwidth and many other
problems.
ISENSE (Verification of customer credentials)
When customer walks into the branch without any credentials or lost or forgot all his credentials we
do not presently have any mode to check the details. So we want an application where customer
can get all his details by simply providing his Mobile number/Email id/Name & Date of Birth.

 Ensuring the smooth running of basic banking transactions.

 Putting into effect new procedures and policies passed down from Head Office.
