closely with SLT with regards to pupil progression and pastoral needs. Compile individual

Coaches position supporting swimmers with multiple and varying disabilities.
Ensuring swimmers reported to the marshalling area at the correct time, liaise with
other coaches and parents. Support swimmers in attending the marshalling area prior
to racing and ensuring all swimmers warmed up and swam down effectively and
support swimmers needing help on entry and exit of the pool.
