3. About VoiceInstant
VoiceInstant is an application server that makes possible to generate calls
in corporate networks.
This call dispath manager is integrable with the corporate applications
(ERP, CRM, TPV, etc)
The integration is possible through an external multilingual API (C, C++,
Java, JSP, PHP) based on XML-RPC
It unifies the flow of calls with independence of the location of the caller
(offices separated geographically or networks of distinct topologies)

4. How it works
1. The user requests the call clicking on the
icon in the application
3. Click to Call Application Server sends
the call request to the telephone
system.
2. The management system sends the call 4. The telephone systems begins the
request to the Call Application Server, with the session after calling the originator and,
call origin details and the destination contact. when this picks up the phone, it
initiates the call to the destination.
