3. Your Institution Services page in the Profile Module should look like this: If your Profile is not yet “Active”, follow the instructions in the “Help” topic in your Profile module, and then return to these instructions after your profile has been activated, (usually an overnight process.)

5. Admin Module/Virtual Groups Tab/ Click Join a Group link

6. Search Groups, enter “2” click “Go”

7. Click “Join this Group”

11. From The Question Detail choose “Refer to Cooperative Partner”, then click

12. Choose “24/7 Cooperative Libraries” Click 1. 2.

13. Select a Partner from the “to” drop-down list, explain your reason for referral (optional), then click “Refer” Choose one of the libraries that appears on the drop down list Tell the library you have chosen why you are referring this transcript to them
