2. Fish Amok
• Often called Cambodia’s national dish, the
dish is made of fish, coconut milk and curry
paste.
• All the ingredients is mixed and put in the
banana leaf cups and coconut cream is added
on top and steamed.

• The salad combines five main tastes; sour lime,
hot chili, salt, savory fish sauce and sweet taste
• The ingredients are mixed together and then
pounded on
• The ingredients include papaya, chili, sugar, garlic,
lime, fish sauce and dried shrimp etc.
• Variations can be created with the use of unrip
mangoes, apples, cucumbers etc.
