   Meritocracy is key part of the
    primciples. Its means a system that
    rewards hard work and talent.When
    people are rewarded based on their
    abilities and hard work, they are
    encouraged to do well.
Work For Reward, Reward For
            Work In MBS
   With this policy,people will be able to
    individually support themselves,and
    not relying on the Government to
    take care of their welfare, thus MBS
    has been built to increase efficiency
    of work so that people can support
    themselves so that they will not rely
    on the government.
Anticipate Changes And Stay
              Relevant
   It is the decision made by the
    government and it has to be forward
    looking.
   The decisions made must also in
    anticipation of future challenges.
Anticipate Changes And Stay
            Relevant In MBS
   The Government had been
    anticipating changes and staying
    relevant so they wanted to increase
    competency among other countries.
   Thus MBS is built to compete with
    other countries and make Singapore
    a more competable country and
    strive for its best and excel.
Leadership Is Key
   Leaders must maintain stability and
    make right decisions.
   They must do what is right instead of
    what is popular with the people.
Leadership Is Key In MBS

    MBS sees this as a key and thus, they
    attract foreign talent to manage the MBS.
    They also select potential leaders in
    building the infrastructure of the MBS and
    hence, making the place successful.
A Stake For
    Everyone,Opportunities For All
   Having a say in decision-making
    develops in people a greater sense of
    belonging to the country.
   More opportunities have been
    created to involve the people in
    decision-makings.

Work For Reward, Reward For Work In MBS  With this policy,people will be able to individually support themselves,and not relying on the Government to take care of their welfare, thus MBS has been built to increase efficiency of work so that people can support themselves so that they will not rely on the government.
  • 5. Anticipate Changes And Stay Relevant  It is the decision made by the government and it has to be forward looking.  The decisions made must also in anticipation of future challenges.

Anticipate Changes And Stay Relevant In MBS  The Government had been anticipating changes and staying relevant so they wanted to increase competency among other countries.  Thus MBS is built to compete with other countries and make Singapore a more competable country and strive for its best and excel.
  • 7. Leadership Is Key  Leaders must maintain stability and make right decisions.  They must do what is right instead of what is popular with the people.
  • 8. Leadership Is Key In MBS  MBS sees this as a key and thus, they attract foreign talent to manage the MBS. They also select potential leaders in building the infrastructure of the MBS and hence, making the place successful.

A Stake For Everyone,Opportunities For All  Having a say in decision-making develops in people a greater sense of belonging to the country.  More opportunities have been created to involve the people in decision-makings.
