You run over a bicycle pulling out of the

trip up the stairs, and your briefcase flies open.

help us learn and grow, or it can present
tremendous problems.
๏ฝ Stress releases powerful neurochemicals and
hormones that prepare us for action (to fight
or flee). If action is not taken and it builds up
inside, that stress can lead to health

prolonged, uninterrupted, unexpected, and
unmanageable.

around you. What do you do? Learn to
recognize these signs.
8. 4. A balanced diet - Eliminate caffeine,
alcohol, nicotine, sugar
5. Deep breathing - 20 deep breaths a day
6. Meditation - Find the time every day
7. Exercise - Do something every day
9. Managing stress depends on the willingness of
a person to make the changes necessary for a
healthy lifestyle.
