3. Mobile Printing Solution
OM Plus Mobile Printing from Plus Technologies provides easy, accessible,
UNIX, Linux, and Windows all use print spoolers at the operating system
level. However, they havesecure, mobile printing.
many inherent weaknesses:
 Jobs are automatically deleted after delivery making reprints and recovery
impossible.
 The print spooler is not able to communicate with the printing device so there is no
way to confirm that the printing function actually occurred.
 There is no print failover, load balancing or audit trail.
 There is no queue management of devices.

4. Mobile Printing Procedure
 Users no longer have to use their desktop computer to print documents. They can simply
print to the destination of their choice directly from their mobile device.
 Users are now able to print from their mobile device by emailing the document(s) to an OM Plus print
queue
 The print jobs are held in the OM Plus print queue until the specified user arrives at a network
destination of their choice and securely release the job via one of our secure print release methods
(smart phone app, card swipe, embedded, release workstation).

5. How Mobile Printing Works
 Our Mobile Printing solution provides quick, efficient, and secure
electronic delivery of any document you need to print from your mobile
device.
 Users attach the document they want to print to an OM Plus email
 OM Plus monitors this specific address and picks up the email
 OM Plus then runs the data through a transform process
 OM Plus will then hold on to the print job(s) until the user arrives at a destination to
release the job(s)
 Capable of printing: HTML, PDF, Office Docs, JPEG, GIF
 OM Plus can handle multiple attachments
 Jobs are no longer printed and forgotten

6. Additional Features
 OM Plus is a robust print spooler and keeps record of all print jobs in an Accounting Log along
with the user information, destination, date/time, pages printed and more.
