We all just live our lives and sometimes would never think there would be a need to know more about

quit, then do not smoke for several hours before you sleep. Smoking causes your throat to swell, leading
to a restricted airway. Narrower air passages mean more snoring, so if you can stop smoking, your
throat won't get inflamed as often.
Consider using snoring strips at night, so that you can get a better night's rest. These strips can't be seen
once applied, and help reduce snoring by keeping nasal passages open and facilitating mouth breathing.
The effects of these strips are significant enough that professional athletes use them as performance
enhancers, so you may find them quite effective on your snoring.
To reduce snoring, sleep on your side. Anyone you sleep with may be having trouble dealing with your
snoring also. Sleeping in this position is not linked to any kind of medical facts for reduction of snoring.
There are reasons that this could help, though, including the fact that it opens the airway better because
of the body's internal anatomy.
