SEO Facts – Most Websites Are NOT Optimized
Although every website is generally created to increase profits and productivity,
very few sites enjoy this result. In fact, the vast majority of websites cannot be
found on the major search engines within the organic search results. The reality is,
it can be very challenging to get highly ranked on Google and more importantly,
stay highly ranked.
According to many independent studies about web
searching habits, most of us that use the web expect to
find what we’re looking for, on page 1 of Google within
the organic (i.e. non-paid area) listings and very few of us
select the sponsored ad listing by comparison.
This is important because over 85% of all web searchers
find the product or service they’re looking for through the
major search engines, yet only 7 to 9% of all websites are
properly optimized. On top of that, of the 7-9% that are
optimized many of them are not mobile-friendly. This
means website optimization can be a defining difference
between your site competing on the web or continuing to
be invisible.
If your website isn’t on page 1 of Google, within the
organic search results for the most important keyword
phrases that describe your product/service, it could be

On-Page SEO – Website Optimization
At the Mobile SEO Pros, our primary focus

critical components of your website.
Our "On Page SEO" strategy is an essential
prerequisite to achieving high search
engine rankings. Once the keyword
choices have been made, we move on to the on-page SEO (i.e. website
optimization) phase. Here’s a list of all the On Page SEO Efforts we conduct.
Missing and/or duplicate title and Meta data - We analyze the targeted pages,
searching for missing and duplicate Titles and Meta tags. Missing and duplicate
Metas and Titles cause a site to receive penalties from the search engines.
Title and Meta Tag Creation / Optimization - Metas and page Titles must be
unique and coincide with the content on the page, and contain the chosen
keyword phrases. We create and update your website with title and meta tags.
Link Analysis - Broken links significantly harm the search engine potential of a
website, bringing penalties from search engines. All Broken links will be
fixed/removed on up to 10 pages of your site. We provide an indepth analysis
and recommendations for the other areas of the website that may also have
poor linking issues.
Structural Analysis - Website architecture is very important. Websites that are
poorly developed and/or do not properly use CSS can harm the ability for search
engines to crawl a website. The more resources a search engine has to spend
crawling a website, the less likely it will return on a regular basis to re-index a
website. We will make expert recommendations in these areas.

On-Page SEO – Website Optimization (Continued)
Initial SiteMap Creation - Sitemaps are important for telling search engines which
pages of your website to have indexed. We insert code that tells the search
engines to go to the website sitemap and index the appropriate pages.
Broken Pages Removed or Linked - Broken pages significantly harm the search
engine potential of a website, causing sites that have broken pages to have their
ranking reduced by the search engines. Broken pages will be fixed/removed on
up to 10 pages of your website. Additional recommendations will also be made.
Full Canonicalization - Matt Cutts from Google explains it here. A basic
explanation and example of this is that if the search engines see multiple versions
of your Home page, for instance a .com and .com/index.asp within the website
architecture, the search engines will view your website as containing duplicate
content which will harm your rankings. We will fix this if identified.
Submission of Sitemaps and website to Google, Yahoo, MSN and DMOZ -
Sitemaps have a special submission point on the primary search engines. They
are not necessarily indexed on their own unless an actual submission takes place.
After adding the sitemap to the website, we inform the search engines that there
is a need to re-crawl the site (or index it for the first time).
Linkflow Optimization - No-follow coding is added to external links (links leaving
the website) on the selected pages to keep spiders from following those links
outside of the website. This improves the amount of links coming into the website
vs. the amount of links leaving the website, thus improving the authority and
ranking of a website. If the Search Engines find more links coming into your site
and much less leaving your site, they give your site a higher rank.

work ONLY. On-page SEO represents about 20-25% of

Linkflow Optimization - No-follow coding is added to external links (links leaving the website) on the selected pages to keep spiders from following those links outside of the website. This improves the amount of links coming into the website vs. the amount of links leaving the website, thus improving the authority and ranking of a website. If the Search Engines find more links coming into your site and much less leaving your site, they give your site a higher rank.
