transaction with a manufacturer of motion lighting products in Goleta, California, near Santa
Barbara. The increased cash flow will be used to support company growth and development.
The business was established in 2005 with one primary purpose; to provide motion lighting
products for RV drivers. Since then, the company has expanded into multiple lighting products, as
well as the LED lighting industry, by offering cost-efficient illumination items to its customers. A
