Healthcare, Harmony Health Plan, Amerigroup Illinois, Maxicare Health Plan, Unity HMO of Illinois,
Humana Health Care Plans, and others, I spearheaded initiatives that grew revenue and profits,
improved efficiency, productivity, compliance and satisfaction, and reduced costs. My experience includes

Independent Consultant, 2013-Present. Manage concurrent engagements with Health Essentials, a full-
service regional healthcare organization, and Awakened Alternatives, a home health/home care agency.
Provided guidance on topics including business development, client integration, relationship management
and SNF program implementation.
Notable assignments include:
Played a key role in growing revenues 33%. Recruited for a consulting engagement by a
skilled nursing/homecare firm that was searching for ways to increase sales and profits.
Developed and helped to implement a multipronged growth strategy with a business
development model focused on expanding the client base with new services and products.
Contributed to a first-year $250K jump in revenues from $750K to $1M annually.
Created a high-performance CRM solution for a startup. Engaged by Health Essentials to
